We only accept returns on defective merchandise.

You must obtain a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) number before making any returns. Items sent without an RMA will be refused.

We will accept postage paid returns only after:

A return merchandise authorization number (RMA) has been obtained.

Items must be in original packaging with all materials and documentation.

You will incur re-stocking fee of 15% on items returned after 10 days of receiving the delivery.
